Privacy
What we store
Your account email, the contacts, notes, follow-ups, milestones, history and card photos you add, and the details on your own business card. Contacts and notes are private to your account — other users cannot see them.
Your public card
Only the fields you put on your own card (name, title, company, phone, email, website, address, tagline and card photo) are visible at your shareable card link. When someone views or saves it, we record the event type and device type so you can see activity; we don't record who they are.
AI features (Pro)
When you use AI Auto-Fill, a voice debrief or a briefing, the photo, recording or the contact's saved details are sent through the Lovable AI Gateway to an OpenAI model to produce the result, with provider-side storage turned off. Saved briefings are kept with the contact so you can reopen them. AI output can be wrong — review it before relying on it.
Payments
Subscriptions and top-ups are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Your control
Export everything anytime from Import / Export in your Rolodex. Deleting a contact deletes its notes, milestones, history and saved briefing.
